I have tandem Flojet 4325's on my boat and they have worked flawlessly for years. Recently, the pump(s) began cycling every few minutes to restore pressure with no apparent external plumbing leakage anywhere? Check valve(s) or internally leaking? Flow is still strong on demand. Thanks.

Question moved to Flojet Pumps.
It should come out in puffs when the FloJet is pumping and then stop when it senses pressure. If it is a constant leak. It needs replacing. Co2 is toxic in a closed room. On a beverage pump, your supplier of whatever the beverage is (beer, soft drink syrup) should replace it free of charge.
Nozzles are plugged? Remove nozzles, clear lines, nozzles and screens.
If still a problem, rinse tank and fill with a few gallons of water. Find a convenient point to disconnect pump outlet side from all nozzles. Try pump, if same problem, keep opening connections closer to pump outlet until blockage is cleared.
Sometimes this can happen when the power button does not return completely when pressed in. My cheap & cheerful solution was to use a bit of Blu-Tak on the button, so I could pull it all the way out.
The unit might be developing a fault or there could be a small leak somewhere or a slight backflow. It doesn't need many small drips to cause sufficient pressure drop for the pump to start just enough to bring the pressure up again.
when you close all cocks the pump must stop running after a short while, if not clean inside of pump (diaphragm and valves) and try again. If pump is continuously running try to pump 5 liter water of 70 deg. C if problem is still a continuously runnnig pump there is a electronical problem which can not be repaired or replaced in this modelrange
The control board on these units is prone to a cold solder joint cracking. I have read that Bosch recommends replacement and will supply the board, not covering labor. I repaired mine prior and have done one for a friend as well. Has lasted several years and counting The symptom is constant cycling without ticking down the last few minutes
