Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Flojet Pumps. It should come out in puffs when the FloJet is pumping and then stop when it senses pressure. If it is a constant leak. It needs replacing. Co2 is toxic in a closed room. On a beverage pump, your supplier of whatever the beverage is (beer, soft drink syrup) should replace it free of charge. ..

get a meter and start checking components --switch motor relays ---if pump running and no out put need to check if air bound -pump seals leaking impeller damage or pump failure

Air leak somewhere between the pump and the spray tip (s). that will incllude the 25 gallon tank as a possible place to check for leaks!

There might be air in the system causing it to be irratic.

It Does Sound Like You Have To Much Line Maybe A Bigger Pump Or Set Up 2 Pumps

non return or pressure valve leaking allowing the pressure to drop off causing the cycling

Sounds like pump is worn out.

bleed the air out of the pump suction line or prime the pump

take it back and get an exchange unit under warranty it is possible that it is sucking air and not water so make sure that the new pump is properly primed first

If air is coming out the exhaust of the pumps it is because it is being sucked in on the suction line of pump. Make sure that none of the input connections are allowing air in and you will eliminate the air in the output.

Air leak in your holding vessel...

Sounds like the seal has gone bad.most hardware stores carry seal kits and some even install them for a fee.Replace the seal and that should solve your problem.

It could be leaky check valve . The check valve keeps water from run back into the tank. It may be stuck partway open or dirt or scale may be keeping the valve from shutting tight . Hope this helps.

Faulty pressure switch, have it replaced

I assume the hose had something on the end of it? Nozzle? The pump has a pressure sensitive switch to protect it.

Sorry. General info. only. Be sure to have the right power to the pump. Normally a breaker not a fuse. Normally a small red button on the rear of the motor (but could be any color) and can't feel it reset. It could also be under a small piece of rubber for protection. Hope this helps.
