on front panel around the door where the door seal goes up against is this what is hot check the compressor fan in the back of the machine when it doesnt run or is unoperational then the sides around the door get hot you might have to replace the compressor fan
If you are talking about the wall that runs between the freezer and the fridge where the door gaskets actually touch. The answer is no. It should be warm though. What can cause this is the fan that is located at the rear not operating or dirty coils under there. Check the fan it should be operating when the unit is in the cool cycle, if it is not then it will need to be replaced. And clean the coils. This will help.

you may not have enough air circulation at the rear of the machine when you moved it. if the machine can not loose heat through the radiator at the back it looses its cooling capacity. move it back to where it was?
The most common problem is the defrost drain blocked in the freezer. Take your bottom basket out, look at the botton back wall and see the drain. Try pouring some hot water down the drain. if it backs up, it is blocked. Try forcing some hot water down wit ha turkey baster, or very gently some compressed air and then some water.
this is happening because company used pipes inside refrigerator body, as you mentioned now its heating more than normal,. need some technician to check if there any blockage etc. otherwise less heating of body is normal.
Try pulling toe plate at bottom front and clean the condenser coils. If they are plugged, it will cause this to get hot. If you can't see coils in front remove back panel and clean coils there.. Give it time after cleaning to see if it helped. If no change, remove back panel and check to see if fan is turning when the compressor is on. Also check for something caught in fan blade, such as a dead mouse or a dead coupon. If fan isn't turning, may need condenser fan motor. If still need help, give us a model number.
