I have a DeLonghi ESAM 6600 and the display has gone dim. It appears that this is an issue on these machines. Is it possible to get a replacement screen without replacing the entire control board?

The entire control panel needs to be replaced. The display is built into it.

You are aware that we are Fixya and not DeLonghi?

These machines are problematical in home use, and when they go wrong you just pick them up and take them to the nearest Service Centre. Too many models and they all have issues.

Hi, I have Delonghi ESAM 6600. It's asking to descale, but when I do select descale and press "OK" it's says "Insert water spout", and nothing happens.

DeLonghi PrimaDonna ESAM 6620 Coffee Maker: I cleaned the sensor and now the close door message won't go away. The machine won't turn on or off. Unplugging it doesn't make a difference. Any ideas?
