Sorry but with such a fault it is virtually impossible for anybody on this forum to remotely guess what is wrong with your washer.
It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches, control PCB, water inlet control valves, door solenoid, main motor, drain motor etc..
I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.

I have a Miele W939 with the same problem. I have traced this fault to the On/Off switch. One contact has burnt out. (It would appear that there was insufficient pressure on the 2 surfaces and it has slowly arced away the surface.) As such this may be a design/manufacturing fault and others could be affected. Now my question! Where can I buy a new switch!
