Brother has the drivers and other software for the HL-5140 available for download here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=hl5140_all . Pick your OS to determine if the driver is available from Windows Update (Windows 8.1 and Windows 10) or as a package (XP). Note: the site doesn't include any third-party software that was on the CD. I did not see a link for ordering a replacement CD on the Brother support site.

cant ou access controll panel the select hardware devices let the comp search whilst printer plugged in then a list should come up select the printer in the list tell it you dont have disk then the comp should search for the settings for that printer or if this fails have you tried going onto the makers web site s sometimes you can get this from their fo free hope this is some help to you
