Modle not listed Honda Vision nfme 50 I have had My honda Vision 1986 model for around 18 month. It flew its last mot around 12 month ago. However About 4 month ago returning from work on my scooter with no problems I parked it up then when trying to start it again the next morning it would not start. I have cleaned the carb and I have also tried 2 new spark plugs. It had also leaked quite a lot of petrol from somewhere on the bottom of the scooter? The bike has been stood for around 4 month since both of these issues. Until a few days ago when I had time to try and have another go at it. Cleaned the carb again, Recharged the battery checked the spark plug was sparking and all is fine. I have got the bike to start and tick over. However as soon as I try and give it power it cuts right out? If anyone had any ideas please please let me know

Its either not getting fuel, poss blocked mainjet, or float needle valve, do you have a constant flow of fuel from the tank, is the bike smoking exsessivly, sounding quieter than it used to do? Maybe the exhaust has become blocked, this was a common factor on this bike, remove exhaust look up exhaust port towards piston, with the piston at the top clean the port with a sharp object scrapeing away all the unburned carbon, start bike up without exhaust and check how it runs,

Hi I have a 2001 Honda Accord 1.8 vTEC; I have used it sparingly since last year's service and MOT. Can I delay service by another 4-6 months so I can do the service and MOT, along with other services

Sorry old school dinasaur here ,no 5000/6000 miles a service ,sorry for being hard but that is my service schedule it also includes changing wheels around including the spare .Topping up battery ? oiling door hinges checking everything and oiling nuts on suspension so they dont go rusty ,spraying underneath with waste engine oil to prevent corrosion ,drilling a drain hole in boot if its not draining .cleaning light bulbs and greasing the buld contacts .maybe drill a hole in outside front floor pans if windscreen rubber is leaking .Think i should go get back in my coffin now before i get told off .
