Most of the motors have an internal device called a clixon that detects excessive current and shuts off the motor. It then turns it on again when it cools off. If you wait and wait and there is power for sure at the motor terminals and the motor is not even humming then there is a problem in the motor. If it hums for a few seconds and quits humming for a while then the motor capacitor is bad or the motor is bad. I hope this helps.

Where is reset on pump

There is none!
Emerson makes motors, not Pumps. They have a thermal over load switch, which is automatically reset. This occurs, when the motor cools back down.

Where is the reset button on pump 1 on an arctic spa

If it is the old EMG pump that is green. The reset button is on the back off the black box on top of the motor. If it is not the Green EMG pump there is no reset and it is more likely the fuse in the pack that has blown

I have a flo master xp2 / 48 frame / 230V / 2.5 hp / 2 speed spa pump. I accidentally hooked switched the high and common lines when wiring the electricity. The low line was done correctly, because they...

You shorted the 230 lines at the motor terminal board. If you are certain you have reset any and all breakers feeding the spa and that the 230V is getting back to the pump motor then you blew the winding leads as you shorted the motor. While it is possible a motor shop could repair the leads it is far more likely the damage caused will cause the price to be that or more of a replacement motor.

Is there a RESET button on this pump PB-4 . Nothing happens when we turn power on.

NO, there is not a reset on these types of motors. Check for proper voltage at the motor connections. Make sure you have it properly wired for the rate voltage of the motor.

Compool 3600 Spa side remote

Do not reset while the motor is running. Reset the CP 3600 when the power is on but with the motor off. OK.
