I can understand you very well. Because this situation drives people insane indeed. I once have the same trouble. here's some tricks to free up space on your phone.
1. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History & Clear Cookies & Data. This takes up a surprising amount of space if it isn't cleared on occasion.

What email application are you using? Many will delete everything in the trash after 30 days. You can typically manually delete sooner if you wish to clear it out.

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.

As long as you haven't written over the files, there maybe a chance. attach the camera to the computer with a usb or whatever cable it has so the computer can read the drive.

Go to www.filehippo.com download the file recovery program called "Recuva" Below is the link to the download.

Run this on the computer and direct it to the camera's hard drive. It will attempt to recover the files that were deleted. Now this takes a long time to pull deleted files from a drive, so set it somewhere and make sure the power stays with it. Good luck

It's probably just misreporting the capability. The camera uses 2 folders that are approximately 16 gigs (magically all hard drives lose a few gigs don't ask me why). But in FAT32 partitions, only 4 gigs can be used at the most at one time, so it might be guessing there are just 2 4 gig capacity folders.

*delete all the partition and redo the partition

What do you mean you can't open it. What is it doing?

1. Okay you will have to Uninstall iTunes.
2. Go to START CONTROL PANEL and ADD OR REMOVE PRGRAMS uninstal itunes.
3. Go to apple.com/iTunes.
