Go down to the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Then click on applications. The will be a Groups option, click on it and then press Create Group.
If you have Windows
Left-click START or the round blue Windows icon at bottom left of screen.
Or press the Windows key at bottom row of keyboard.
Left-click the white right-arrow symbol next to "Shut down".
This drops down a choice menu.
Left-click "Restart".
Now sit back and watch the magic happen.
Otherwise to shut down click the Shut down bar in Start window.
Or in case the PC freezes / hangs press "Power" button.
If an application hangs, stopping your computer, you can also try close down the app in "Task Manager".
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del
Wait until the Task Manager options window pops up on screen.
Left-click "Start task Manager"
Left-click "Applications"
Shut down the app then exit TM.
Reboot to refresh memory.
Open your Contacts list
Click Gmail at the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. If you are a Google Apps user, click Mail and then Contacts.
Contacts are also available at www.google.com/contacts.
Edit contact information
Find and click the name of the contact in the Contacts list.
Make any changes you'd like to make.
Exit the editing field to save automatically or click Save now in the upper right hand corner.
Add contact to contact groups
Select the contact in the Contacts list.
Click the Groups button .
Select the group you'd like to add the contact to, or select Create new to create a new group.
Remove contact from contact groups
Select the contact in the Contacts list.
Click the Groups button .
Select the group you'd like to remove the contact from (boxes will be checked next to the groups that contact is already in).
Delete contact
Select the contact in the Contacts list.
Click More, then click Delete contact.
To remove a Google+ contact, open Google+ and remove the person from all circles. Learn more about circles on Google+.
If you change your mind or mistakenly delete a contact, you'll be able to recover deleted contacts for 30 days. But 30 days after you delete a contact, it will be removed permanently.
Note: These instructions work only with the standard view of Gmail. If they don't match what you see in your Contact Manager, we suggest that you upgrade to a supported browser or go to the standard view by clicking standard at the bottom of your Gmail page.

Access the Print Key program by double-clicking the hand icon in the bottom right hand corner of the task bar.

Double click the "Options" tab in the upper right hand corner. Click on "Define Hot-keys." Set a hotkey for printing the full desktop and for printing the active screen you are in.

Navigate back to the "Options" tab and select "Direct Print (No Dialog)" so that it has a check mark next to it.

Select the "Printer Options" function on the main program screen. Select the printer you want the print jobs sent to.

Select a screen to use as a test. Press your hotkey for printing the full desktop and then the hotkey to print the active page. You want to make sure both functions work properly.

Press the "Print Screen" key on the keyboard to print the full desktop. Press the "Alt" key plus the "Print Screen" key to print the active window.

Click "Start" in the lower left of the taskbar. Navigate to "Applications" and choose the Microsoft Paint program.

Click "Edit" in the program screen and click the "Paste" option. You will now see a copy of your screen capture.

Navigate to "File" and save the screen capture as a .jpeg file. Navigate to "File" again and click "Print" to send the job to an installed printer.

Download and install ScreenShot 2 Print. ScreenShot 2 Print has a free trial option, and as of May 2010, costs $7 for the full version. Configure the program to print to a designated printer from the onscreen commands. The screen captures will print automatically when the required keys are pressed.

Hold down the "Control" key (Ctrl) and the "Print Screen" key to capture a screen shot of the full desktop. The image will be sent directly to the designated printer.

Google started as a search engine and since has
added many applications.
All these applications are available to you once
you set up your Google account.
Setting up an account is easy. Point your web browser to the main Google web page.
The main Google page is the starting point for searches and
other applications and features.
You can sign up for an account, manage your Gmail or start a
Google group from here.
Find "Sign In" at the top right-hand corner.
This is a link and will lead you to where you can sign into
an account or create one.
Fill out the required form.
Google ask you for a current email address, password, word
verification and location.
They also have the terms of service. You must read and agree
to these before going on.
Verify your email address.
Once you have submitted the completed form, Google will
generate an email to your email address.
It will have a web address that you must visit to verify
that you received the email.
Log in to your new Google Account.
Use the email address and password that you selected during
sign-up.
You now have access to all the Google features.
Explore your new Google account features, including email,
groups and the personalized homepages.

: If ever you need to get google homepage back from other search providers try
to take over your search engine

1. Close any applications you have running, such as your email or instant messaging service, by clicking the "X" in the upper-right corner of each program page.
2. Left-click your mouse on the Start button, typically found in the bottom-left corner of your computer screen.
3. Highlight the option to "Shut Down" and left-click your mouse again to initiate the proper shutdown process.
4. Wait until your computer logs you off of any applications, your computer screen goes blank and the power light turns off before you turn off your monitor or close your laptop.
