Disc flies off when grinder stops
yes the above is correct with the question "are the threads the right size." but it can also be because u are not slowing the grinder down before stopping it. if the grinder stopps to soon the disk will stay moving. so the disk will fly off. i had the same problem with a pnuematic grinder. sometimes it is the operaters fault not the tools.
" an object in motion aloways stays stays in motion till an outside force dissrupts it."
KS 66 changing saw blade
Make sure that the hole in the saw blade is the same size as the hole in the old blade. If larger obtain a spacer from your supplier. (Spacer is a washer with outside diameter fitting tightly in the sawblade's center hole and inner hole the same diameter as your saw's shaft.

Metabo ssd impact loss of power
Thinking first to ask your dealer (if possible) before repair to try a second battery if you think its so, but the most LI-ION powertools , only with a carbon brush motor have in priority problems inbetween 2 and 3 years with their motor assembly because of heat dissipation in the armature, and you can hear that on the shrill sound , beware you make the battery damaged with an allmost shortened armature . if power is lost and or the sound is shrill, the assemblys are marketing technical made on a price that made it if your batteries are good to step over on brushless tools on some brands for not to much money. remplacements.

Metabo we 14-150 runs then red light comes on and cuts out
this means the grinder is being over worked and is in the overheat protection mode. when this happens let the grinder continue to run at no load. just hold it and in about 20-30sec you will see the red light turn off and the grinder will go back up to speed. and you can get back to it.

Metabo baas 317 precison band saw keeps throwing the saw blade off.Tried various adjustments as per the manual.......no success
Here we go. I looked online for this saw, and it looks to me like most others. First, be sure you blade is not stretched from over-tightening or worn out. Either of those can cause your problem. Then, take your blade off and visually align the wheels , or even figure out a way to measure the wheels to see if they align. Then install the blade and turn it by hand to see if it is tracking true. You may need to do this for a while. One it turns true by hand (make the adjustments of the top wheel to cause it to be straight), then you will need to set the guides to support the blade in it's correct position. The should be guides above and below the table, probably both behind the blade and to the sides of the blade. As many as 6 adjustments, on some machines.
Usually the guides should barely touch the blade to hold it true.
Be blessed.
