What is replace color cpu toner?
Could the message have been "Replace color PCU (Type A)"? In that case, you need to replace all three color photoconductor units (order Printer Maintenance Kit Type 7100A).
I do not know of any Replace CPU error messages. I hope this helps.

When I try to print,
The unit may have a paper jam or stuck object inside, if you
have experience a paper jam error before, check the printer for any
object or paper stuck inside, clean roller.
Some error like this can be a problem on the feeder sensor and by this time you may need to replace and repair the unit.

PCU Replacement
You are more right than you know, the reason for the kit is for the reasons you said. When you change the kit all 3 colors are new and thereby not 3 service calls and 1 upset customer.
The kit is far cheaper and keep any "good PCUs" in the original package.
The black PCU is the most important one. Buying the different maint. kits saves $$$ as opposed to peicemeal.
You can put one color PCU in at a time if you wish.

My nasuatec dsc 435 displays sc 440-02.I don't know what to do
That code is color drum motor lock (cmy). 440-1 is for black. Pull each drum unit out and look at the drum surface if one is not turning good it will have toner all over it. Could be that the drum is full of waste toner, but usually it is a backed up waste toner auger system. If that machine uses a fuser oil the oil has leaked down into the waste toner auger system and clogged it up.
How to get borderless printing on a CL7100
Laser printers are unable to print all the way to the edges of the paper because of the excess toner dust that will fall off into the printer unit. The only way to get true full bleed laser prints is to use a larger paper size and then cut the edges off.

you need check:
1) there are two fuses in the fuser unit, big possible one of them broken. change fuse if you can, should be fixed.
2) if check (use meter) all fuse good, so the heat lamp damaged,
you may change it also can fix it,
fuser unit maybe expansive.

Ricoh CL7100 - Toner Cartridge Error
Not one answer for this problem. It could be the tube going from toner cart to developer unit is clogged or kinked. It could be the dev unit. Get a toner vac and remove toner and black cap and spring and using the round hose end create seal and vac the tube. The part that goes into the toner cart has hole on the very end, it might have broke off (look at another color to verify). The worst case is the toner attraction pump has failed. One fix is shake the toner and reinstall.
