Even though there is power to the heater there is no heat coming from it??

It works both ways if you are home it will give a constant heat , but is it safe in your place to leave it on while you are out .Once they are hot they should cut out on the thermostat thus costing less to run .

HI.The equipment is equipped with a thermostat that is capable of ensuring that heat will produce.There's no proble with the fuse and the motor.The problem is with the thermostat,it is no longer poducing heat to the system.So better check this auxillary device inside.Thank you for choosing FIXYA.

Whatever type of Dimplex it is, and whatever type of spindle it is, add a couple of drops of 3 in One Oil to lubricate it. All questions need 'make model (what it is)' first three words please.

You missed the important bit 'air conditioner'. So it isn't chilling? Take it into a local refrigeration company. It probably needs a top up with refrigerant gas, but is may also be the thermostat.
