Or do you have "Wireless; which 'use' an {USB Port}.
You will have to 'complete' this "Step!"
Than you'll be able to "Download the Drivers."

Part3 Open the "Device Manager," from the [Control Panel > Hardware and Sound], and 'check' to see if the "Sound Card" is "present?" If the Sound Card is "listed?" Next, {2x} click to open, and "Update the Drivers"

Open the Speaker Properties
