I purchased logitech clear chat headphones to use

Hello janna57

go to this "Website," and "Fill-in" or {Choose} any information needed to get the "Drivers" you need. I do not know if you have [Logitech Clear Chat] with just the Headset?

Or do you have "Wireless; which 'use' an {USB Port}.

You will have to 'complete' this "Step!"

Than you'll be able to "Download the Drivers."

If this information helped? Return and give a "Helpful Rating," please!

Try using another mouse and see if the problem stays with the mouse or not. If you are using a ball type mouse instead of an optical mouse then there might be dirt inside the roller ball assembly.

Hi, i have a dell

Two common problems can cause this sort of thing and is a place to start in trying to resolve the issue.

The first one is overheating. When the cpu gets too hot it will start running sluggishly and can completely freeze up. Put your hand behind the back where the power supply is and feel how hot the air coming out is. If there is no air movement you're also in trouble. The air normally will feel warm but not hot. Also feel the case itself. Dust clogs up the fans, both power supply and extra fans and the cpu fan itself. Make sure any fan you can see isn't covered with lint. Unless you are sure what you are doing don't try to clean it yourself. You don't want to cause static. Have it cleaned. The cpu fan is most important but all of them need to be cleaned out periodically, in homes with pets more often. You can try using a q-tip and clean off the fan blades as much as you can.

The second common cause is spyware. You can acquire spyware from websites. It is not unusual to have a number of them, all trying running at the same time. You can get so many that they can slow down your machine. A good (and free) program like Spybot Search and Destroy and remove these. But BEWARE, not all programs that claim to get rid of spyware do so! Some actually do the opposite. Spybot and Adaware (NOT adware! adAware by lava soft is the one) are free and good programs to get rid of spyware.

There are other things that can also cause your problem but these two are very common and a good place to start.

My pc always hung up... i want to reformat it....

If you have your Operating System Install Disk then you could just reinstall the operating system fresh from scratch. It will return your computer to as new condition and get rid of pretty much any virus on your system. Unfortunately it will also wipe out any personal pictures or documents you have stored on it. Radical but very effective.

If you don't have the original install disk, you can still get a copy of one. If your computer has the operating system PRODUCT KEY sticker on the side of the case, then you just have to bring it in to any computer shop and they will burn you a copy of the install disk for about $10. However the shop will have to physically see the sticker before they will sell you a copy so you will have to bring in the computer to show them. Then you can do a fresh install of the operating system.

You can bring it to a shop and let them do the whole install for you, but it will probably cost you $75 or so, and it's not that hard. There are many step by step guides on google like:

Good luck and please comment back if this was helpful and on how you make out.

Dvr cd drive won't play cds get message asking to

Your cd drive is damage, the laser head or the spindle is not functioning and is not reading the disc thus causing the message of no cd being insert to appear, however the cd-drive power is still working which the computer is able to still detect, but like I said earlier the spindle/laser head is malfuction. You will need to replace the entire cd rom drive. If you don't know how to replace it, an external cd/dvd drive will also do the job.
