I LOST MY PHILIPS SA5245 DRIVER AND I CAN NOT DOWNLOUD MY MUSIC se pone la pantalla azul

I can't get my movies to work on my gogear vibe it has synchronising problems with Philips Songbird...Pls help. se pone la pantalla azul
