1989 Chevrolet Corvette "turns wont start" Questions

will not start engine wont turn over and will not start was running fine and suddenly wont turn over Check battery voltage.

I have a 1991corvette that wont start i have spark motor turns over but wont start do you check for fuel check the fuel psi. check for any blown fuse o relay
