Epson Stylus CX6400 All-In-One InkJet Printer "paper grabber" Questions

grabber' (black composite material) does not grab the paper firmly enough. Ever since i had a serious jam using a soft canvas, the grabber has not done its job. Can I get a replacement and install it?
