Cheapest diesel/petrol oil you can buy 20/50 or 10/40 synthetic or natural ,change oil every 6000 and a oil filter every third oil change and it will run forever ,Do not use long life oils or listen to so called experts with clean fingernails -fleet mechanic here and i do know what lasts and and what doesnt ,changing oil at this mileage keeps the clag and acids down if you strip a engine at 500,000 miles you will see what i mean .

Oil change

underneath the engine at the lowest point there is a bolt about 17mm undo drain oil then put 17mm plug in fill the new filter with new oil before screwing back on and place oil around rubber ring on new filter so it seals properly fill with oil to low point on dipstick start car check oil filter for leaks turn car off let oil settle and check level again too much oil in a motor will cause problems so dont over fill hope this helps glenn...........
