HI i've bought a spare battery box for my K-lite EQ10DB and it only charges one battery not both.

When wiring electrics you work it as a loop. So positive to negative EVERY time. Often Positive is Red and Negative is Black.
You wiring loop (circuit) should have the main positive cable from the scooter itself on the Positive terminal on the first battery. It should then have a "bridge" wire from the Negative on the first battery across to the Positive on the second battery. Then the other main Negative wire from the scooter itself to the second battery's Negative
Re-check you wiring and all the cables you can see for damage. Normally if you've wire it wrong you'll get sparks and a burnt plastic smell. Check you've put all the connector blocks in the correct way around. They are usually shaped so they will only go in one way around.

Aims 2000 watt power inverter will not turn on. i have it hooked in series to two 12 volt batteries and when i flip the on switch nothing happens

try parallel .
negative battery one to negative battery two
positive battery one to positive battery two
all positives to inverter positive
all negatives to inverter negative

Why ?
if batteries are in series you are adding voltages so inverter gets 24 volts when it is rated at 12 v to 16v but two batteries in parallel increases the current available and capacity but keeps voltage at 12 v

I' trying to wire in two batteriesin a 1985 chevy blazer , 6.2 eisel

2 X 12 batteries should be wired in parallel to give added cranking amps
that is positive to positive and negative to negative on the batteries and then on one battery only negative to ground and positive to the electrics (same as a singe battery)
if you want the batteries to be in parallel but act independent, talk with an OFF road shop as they have the relays and solenoids that are put into the circuit to allow that to happen and the knowledge on how to connect it all up

My 2000 jeep Cherokee sport it's not starting lights don't work, automatic locks don't work its not doing anything. What could it be?

If there's no response from any of the electric/electronic equipment, you may have a dead battery. You can check the battery with a multimeter (make sure you use the Volts range and connect the probes accordingly), you can also check it with a probe light or you can try to connect another car's battery with your battery using jumper cables (positive with positive, negative with negative) and see what happens. If the electric equipment starts working, don't try to start the engine for a couple of minutes to let your battery charge for a while. If there's still no response you may have blown fuses or fusible links.

I want to put 4 batteries together 4x 12v 7AH. and how many volts and AH would that be.

It depends on how you connect the batteries. If you connect the negative of battery one to the positive of battery 2, the negative of battery 2 to the positive of battery 3 the negative of battery 3 to the positive of battery 4 then the positive of battery 1 and the negative of battery 4 will give you 48v 7AH. (This is known as connecting in series.)

If you connect the four positives together. Connect the 4 negatives together it will give you 12v 28 AH. (This is known as parallel connection.)

If you connect the negative of battery 1 to the positive of battery 2. Connect the negative of battery 3 to the positive of battery 4. Connect the positive of battery 1 to the positive of battery 3 and the negative of battery 2 to the negative of battery 4. You'll get 24v 14AH from the connection of the positive of battery 1 and battery 3, and the negative of battery 2 to battery 4. (This is known as series parallel connection)

I need to reattach two deep cycle batteries to my fleetwood rv. Do I attach to one battery ms then attach the extra leads to the other battery , or do I attach the positive lead to one battery and the...

It should be positive to positive, negative to negative - parallel, not serial.

The simple way to tell is by how many cables you have. If you've got one positive and one negative, and only one jumper, it's a 24 volt system and should be connected in serial. If you've got one positive and one negative and two jumpers, it's a 12 volt system, and should be connected parallel.

If in doubt, connect up in parallel and test things. If everything works, it's a 12 volt system and you're good to go. If everything doesn't work (lights are dim, inverter doesn't give AC, etc.), it's a 24 volt system and you need to change to serial.

Serial - positive to system connection on battery 1, negative on battery 1 to positive on battery 2, negative on battery 2 to system negative.

Parallel - positive on battery 1 connects to positive on battery 2 and the system positive, negative on battery 1 connects to negative on battery 2 and the system negative.

Nothing happens when the key is turned and battery isn't dead

check and twist connections to ensure a good solid connection to the both positive and negative cable ends. Check fuses and fusible links as well as trying to jump it with another vehicle's battery.

Replaced battery for lawn tractor and nothing happens.

You probably just blew the fuse behind the ignition or the fuse link on the power to solenoid.
