On the bottom of the carb there is a brass plug that will need to be drilled out and the air fuel mixture screw needs to be removed and cleaned. be sure to turn it in all the way and count the turns to put it back to factory settings. make sure when you turn it in that you only turn it until it bottoms out dont turn it to hard as you can damage the needle. There is a small washer and an o-ring in there as well as the spring dont loose these when cleaning or disassembling the needle. I hope this helps. the air fuel mixture can be adjusted there also by turning it in or out a 1/4 turn at a time till it runs right. You will just have to play with it unless you have a EGA Machine.
