There are some possibilities which you will have to check in this case:--
1) First of all check the power and voltage to the battery.with meter it will show exact 12 volt if the battery is charged.if the voltage is less get the battery charged at local auto repair shop.if the battery is internally drained and not getting charged then its time to replace the battery.
2) When you crank the caravan do you see spark coming at the spark plug? if no then its time to check the spark plugs and coil pack.if the spark plugs are not worn out and looks new then its time to check coil pack.the spark plugs gets power to spark from coil pack.
3) The other thing to check in this case is the starter solenoid of the car.if the battery is charged and you start the caravan then it gives power to the starter to start the caravan.but if starter is faulty or not connected properly then car will not start.
4) The other thing to check in this case is fuel in the caravan.if there is fuel in the caravan  then check the blockages in the fuel pump if the fuel pump looks proper then check the fuel filter above the fuel pump.
5) If all the above possibilities mentioned above checked out OK/perfect then its a electrical issue and the wiring's in the Caravan  needs to be checked.the caravan gets power from the battery to get started.so the wires from battery needs to be checked one by one.
Thanks. keep updated for any more query.you can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

1999 saab cranks wont start

Disconnect your fuel filter and turn the key on. If it shoots gas several feet away, then the start cycle on the fuel pump is probably good. if not, then get a new fuel pump. If it's good, then the problem will be in your fuel regulator, or injectors.

I have a 1994 honda civic dx that wont start

It seems your ignition switch has burned out - verifying good starter operation was an important component in furthering your diagnosis effort. The ignition switch is really a relay separate from the ignition key cylinder - when it fails to send battery voltage to the starter motor, you'll have the no-start condition described.
See the Honda Ignition switch replacement illustration below.

Just for completeness' sake, here's the generic response of a mechanic to a vehicle's no-start condition:

Priority Action Part Type Cause
1 Inspect Ignition Switch - Improperly Connected or Faulty Ignition Switch.
2 Inspect Battery - Battery Discharged or Faulty.
3 Inspect Battery Cable - Coroded, Broken, Shorted or Poorly Connected Battery Cable.
4 Inspect Solenoid - Starter Solenoid Faulty.
5 Inspect Starter - Starter Motor Faulty.
6 Inspect Wireset - Worn or Damaged Spark Plug Wires.
7 Inspect Ignition Coil - Faulty Ignition Coil.
8 Inspect Distributor Cap - Loose, Cracked or Worn Distributor Cap.
9 Inspect Spark Plug - Incorrectly Gapped or Fouled Spark Plug(s).
10 Inspect Distributor Rotor - Loose, Cracked or Worn Distributor Rotor.
11 Inspect Fuel Tank - Fuel Tank Empty.
12 Inspect Carburetor - Worn, Faulty or Damaged Carburetor.
13 Inspect Fuel Pump - Faulty Fuel Pump.
14 Inspect Choke - Stuck or Improperly Functioning Choke.
15 Inspect Fuel Filter - Clogged or Dirty Fuel Filter.
16 Inspect Fuel Pump Relay - Faulty Fuel Pump Relay.
17 Inspect Fuel Injector Pressure Regulator - Faulty Fuel Injector Pressure Regulator.
18 Inspect Fuel Pump - Low Fuel Pressure.
19 Inspect Engine Control Computer - Incorrect Operating Information Being Delivered and Sent From The EEC.
20 Inspect Fuel Pump Strainer - Clogged or Dirty Fuel Pump Strainer.

Not sure what to do but the 2000 chevy silverado 1500 Z71 V8 truck that i have wont take in gas. we thought that it was the fuel pump so we replaced that and the fuel filter but the truck still wont start....

Did you check the voltage to the pump to insure it was getting full power? Check the fuel pressure regulator? Also take a manual fuel pressure reading. A faulty crank sensor will also cause a no start condition.

You either have a bad starter or ignigtion switch. When you turn the key on does everything else come on? I would check the starter first if you have power to everything.
