dear mughal, driver is loaded by the CD/DVD/Internet or any other media that came with the product u want install. it depends upon the products. my i know what kind of driver r u trying to load and what for. also please send me the specification about ur product u want to install. hope to hear from you soon. Omar.this is standard for a car with this size of engine(its ONLY 1.3) as you say it is electronically controlled and the idle is NOT adjustable.i guess one could say only switch the aircon on when the engine is at full operating temp as that would help(a little)
as a matter of interest the idle is set by engine speed/load sensor/exhaust emision sensor.all fed into a very expensive computer(DO NOT STEAM CLEAN THE ENGINE BAY)
