The manifold has no moving parts. The noise is highly likely to be coming from the valve clearances needing to be reset.

Our central heater in our home blower fan just started making a loud noise. if it does stop are there concerns for carbon monoxide poisoning due to no fan running?

It should not. The burner heats a manifold and air is drawn thru the hot manifold to warm the air. As long as the manifold Is in good shape, no co2 will contaminate the warmed air. However, if the fan does not blow air over the manifold, the the thermal fuse will be blown and stop the heater from working at all. Fan noise is not good. Get professional help asap

1983 f150 with 351 windsor. Recent problem of bogging down when climbing moderate hills. Also sounds of ticking noise, lifters or manifolds leak? Any help much appreciated.

A leaking exhaust manifold could make a ticking noise. So could a lifter or valve. The exhaust noise would be louder under load.
If the carb is running too lean, or you have a vac leak, the lean fuel mixture could make the exhaust leak worse, and cause the loss of power.

I have a 2002 Toyota Echo. Front end noise happening - like a loud vibration when I am stopped at a light. It eventually (seems) to go away after the car warms up? Possible manifold issue?

Just a giuess but you may listen to the water pump. They can make noise when there going out and quit like they have a mind of there own. Just a thought and easy check, Raz

Noise from engine

Check your belt. Belts will whine when they're worn, cracked or glazed. I hope this was helpful. It's not normal. Take care and God bless.

Ticking noise

A small exhaust leak can sound like a ticking noise during acceleration and can get better or worse as the system heats up. I had a similar problem when the engine was cold that was solved with a new exhaust manifold gasket.
