Peugeot scooter non-started

Peugeot (Scooter) Elyseo 125, Good spark, good fuel(carb), valve & tappets OK. refuses to start.Have injected fuel into the cylinder and got one blue flash from the exhaust then nothing. Any comments would help.Peugeot Not Lissted BelowJohnMiddlesbrough

I sometimes have similar problem. It can be electrical. In my case it helps to turn the key again. Maybe contact problems in the lock
