Need to change the solenoid(starter relay)

the wiring digrams are pretty standard on scooters. do a search for "scooter wiring diagrams"---you'll find dozens of them.

sounds like a bad fuel pump but it could be a vacuum leak there should be a black rubber hose running from the intake to the fuel pump if this hose is cracked or plugged the fuel pump will not work here is a way to check if this is the problem run a fuel line from fuel supply (gravity feed) straight to the carb and see if it will run if so you have a pump problem

must have a short, is it fitted with an alarm? also make sure it is charging the battery in the first place and isn't just draining it as you ride.

Sounds like you may have multiple issues--battery could be bad and or your charging system has failed---give this a try

Nice idea buying a new fuel efficient transport.
Usually the maintenance for that bike is the replacing the lubrication for the first 1000 kilometers and 3000 for the next one. It only needs 800cc of lubricant. If you consider a very clean engine and efficient engine change oil every 1000 kilometers.
Upon reaching 3K kilometer, check also the transmission belt, rolling weights in the crankshaft pulley and the clutch at the torque pulley, and the belt. All of these is inside the transmission, where you kick the motor to start.

I can't find the a micro phish on but if i where to guess where to start it would be the start clutch or idler gear
Some bike use a sprag clutch it lets it engageone way and free spin the other works great but can get worn out.
Pull your starter out most bikes two bolts and a + wire that comes from your relay. after you have in your hot light hand take a battery and a set of jumper cables clip the groung (-) the body and the positive (+) the to the post. Now clip the ground to the battery and while holding the starter down touch the positive to the battery if you start is working right it should spin fast and want to jump off the table. if so check your starter clutch, or idler gear.

- did you ever push the starter button while the engine was running?
if yes, the gear on the starter motor is damaged and needs to be replaced...
