2006 cadillac srx Heat doesnt get hot on drivers side. Is this controllled by a fuse?

There is an electric motor that controls the blend door. You probably have an issue at the blend door. Either the motor is bad, or the actuator isn't connected. The actuator arms are know to crack and allow the motor to move without moving the actuator.

Sounds like a short in the wiring. Start tracing the wire back. You will probably find it under the carpet on the Left side, near the door. Good luck.

Wife attempted to start her Suz Intruder 800, heard a ''fisht'' sound from under the seat. Now we/ve got no power, lights etc. Thinking it's the ''Relay Starting Motor'' P/N 31800-21E20. Any thoughts?

I'm a Honda guy but try looking around under the seat or under the side panels for a main fuse. If the main fuse is fried (usually around a 30 amp fuse) nothing will happen with the bike unless the fuse is replaced.

Air and heat not blowing air through vents

Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.

88 t-bird fuse problem

Sounds like a power wire short.

If you have a short in the power wire to the seats, it will cause the fuse to get hot...and blow.

Look under the seat(s) to see if any wires got run over by the seat tracks.

A good way to troubleshoot the problem is to disconnect both seats from thier factory anthenol connector, and put fuse in. Plug in each seat. When the fuse blows, you will know which seat is the 'culprit'/Short (power wire going directly to ground)

Inspect problem seat's wiring, check for shorts.
