I have found that E Bay has several people selling Owners manuals at a real good price! Try E Bay for that owners manual because a Harley dealer could get one but the price will be almost $55 or more !

Not much good news to tell you about this. The only way I know of is to have a Harley dealer de-activate it. I had one deactivated and they had to change out the computer.
Check the harness by the seat. I had one a few years back the would intermittently do what yours is doing. it was a small nick in the harness from a sharp edge on one of the welds. It would touch it just right and strand the guy. He would take the seat off to look and it would move just enough to start up.
Hi, Anonymous for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs -fluid capacities and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can not find the best tool you ever bought for your Harley, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.
