What am i missing for my 2005 daelim cordi r 50cc to start?

use correct air filter with filter oil

If light(s) come ON, but does NOT blink, be sure the battery has a full charge and hooked up correctly....If, with fully charged battery and nothing, then there may be a minor wiring issue between handlebars and wire cluster under seat (where battery is) Also, sometimes a new NEW CDI box fixes ALOT of problems from Idle/ Rev, to blinkers / dash lights! Good Luck!

Find Neutral. It may not allow you to start the engine while it is in gear.

Best recommendation is take it back ... it is new ... if you mess with it, bye bye warranty. Make em fix the electric start as well. There are unseen issues with this machine.

Does the engine turn over? Does it have fuel and 2 stroke oil?

An engine needs three things to run..(assuming all internals are good)

1. A properly timed spark
2. Adequate compression
3. Proper air/fuel ratio

Now, start eliminating one at a time...once they are all correct, the engine will run..

ps. have a qualified professional clean and set the carb...

Have you replaced your Spark Plug wire? Then replace the CDI unit, or ignition coil.

Drain and clean the carb. A new plug is always a good thing. Check for spark. Check kill switch on side stand and handlebars if no spark.
