Take fuel cap off to make sure it is getting air to fuel tank. Check fuel valve to make sure it is on. Drain carb with screw on bottom of carb to check for water. Pull spark plug to make sure it is firing.
There is an on line forum for the Honda 350 fourtrax. They discuss this problem at great length and recommend everything from using the choke and primer, replacing the spark plug with a hotter one for cold weather, to adjusting the valves to factory specifications, and rebuilding the carburetor. https://atvconnection.com/forums/honda/28277-honda-rancher-not-starting-cold.html Hope that will be helpful.
