Changed oil then brake lights and dash lights went out,

The oil change will not have affected your braking system. They are completely separate systems and in different areas of the vehicle. The Brake light is basically a separate problem that through bad luck has simply happened at the same time. Get the problem looked at by a Good mechanic as it is a bad idea to ignore the brake warning light.

Lighting control module may be bad

The light you see on the dash may cover other things too.Do you have your manual in the glove box.Check in it to see what is covered by the light you see on the dash.A brake warning light on the dash could be low fluid warning,but could also be a emergency brake not released fully,a service brake problem or an ABS problem etc.

you need to replace the wear sensor it will rest itself

Rear brake Change light was on at 600 miles to service .got brakes changed and tried to reset dash on rear brake but went to. -15000 then brake light came on instead how do I get the light off?

The odds are the one fuse is blown for the dash and the tail lights. And the wrong bulb may have been put in for the brake light. The brake light is feeding back into the tail light circuit causing the fuse to blown out.

Change out the bulbs with OEM bulbs and replace the blown fuse. That should fix the problem.

check fuse box again and change fuse for dash lights only .

Check to see if your brake lights work(brake/ignition interlock), if they don't then the fuse that has blown may be the cause of the other warning lights in the dash, sure sound like they did something at the oil change place
