I recently bought an 83-84 year range yamaha xt 600 enduro motor for a project I'm putting together. I have the carb controls and such but no harness. I was thinking about making my own but can't seem to locate a schematic. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? 
Best way would be find a breakers yard with an xt 600 as you will need lots of electrical parts and get the loom at same time !
The only problem I see with your suggestion is there aren't any near me the nearest one is right around 150 miles away
email them and see if they do you a good price for a job lot and mail them to you ! ?
