You need to have the ABS system scanned for fault codes and then the problem can be diagnosed. The one problem will have caused both warnings to display and it might just be a failed wheel speed sensor.

In any event check your battery condition first. If you have a weak battery this can trigger the ABS and TC warnings but in a 2013 car your battery should still be OK.
