Obviously fuel starvation, start by replacing the fuel filter in the fuel tank on the end of the fuel hose, check the fuel lines from the tank up to the carb for signs of leaks, cracks or damage, replace if required, there is a filter in the carb itself, so the next thing is to remove and clean the carb.

You need to disassemble the carb. and spray with carb. cleaner. If you need tips on how to do this, just let me know. You may need a new carb. kit as well, but we won't know that until you first perform the first step, or if the carb. parts are more than 3 years old. If they are, then go ahead and buy the carb. kit and replace the parts.

Hi sounds like it could need a diaphram kit in the carby if it has mixture screws one markedl for low speed and one marked h for high speed you can try winding out the low speed screw a bit but if that does not work it will definatly need a kit.

Sounds like somewhere you have a air leak. Most likely it's somewhere near the carburetor intake or maybe the carb itself. Could be a line from the primer if it has one and i do believe it should that could be leaking or loose. Good luck.
