P1345 is Camshaft To Crankshaft Position Correlation Fault. This code is set for a couple of reasons. Most common is a stretched timing chain. The other is the distibutor drive gear is worn. In some rare instances if the distibutor was removed for any reason and the engine was disturbed at all, the distributor could be put back in 1 tooth off, the engine will run but you will get this code.
