The "CALL" message on your factory radio indicates that the radio is in phone mode, which means that it is trying to connect to a Bluetooth phone. If you don't have a Bluetooth phone connected, then the radio will not work properly.
To fix this issue, you can try resetting the radio by disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This may reset the radio and get it out of phone mode. If that doesn't work, you may need to check the wiring and connections to ensure that everything is connected properly.
If the issue persists, it may be a problem with the radio itself and you may need to have it repaired or replaced. You could take it to a dealership or an automotive electronics shop for diagnosis and repair.
replacing the battery is the same as having the radio stolen to the security in the radio so now you will need the security code for the radio before it will turn on again.

More info needed. Is it just a radio, a radio with a tape player/CD? What year is the truck? Is it the original radio? Most original radios have the amplifier built into the radio.
