Could be a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor, Idle Air Control Motor, just needs a tune-up, bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, bad spark plug, faulty computer... hard to tell. Take it to a shop to figure out what is wrong with it and if you are able, fix it yourself, otherwise let the shop fix it.

How do you know the fuel pump is good ? Did you do a fuel pump pressure test with a test gauge ? Did you test the fuel pump electric circuit ? Is the check engine light on ? There is a fuel pump relay under the hood engine compartment . The right front behind the headlamp are four relays , the one to the left is the fuel pump relay .I'll send a link to a video on testing the circuit !There also is a fuse in the wiring near those relays , it's power for the fuel pump relay ! Or you have a bad fuel pressure regulator ! A plugged catalytic converter could do this , need to pull the O2 sensor an do a back pressure Test ! Could be fuel filter, best thing to do is chg. fuel filter and do a fuel pressure test, don't think for a moment that it can't be the pump they have been known to go out just that quick.
Its most likely a clogged or malfunctioning fuel injector. Unplug the injector wire harness and check contacts for corrosion. If there is corrosion clean it with some electrical contact cleaner spray, apply some dielectric grease before reattaching it. If that doesn't work you can buy some fuel injector cleaner, the aerosol type that attaches to the fuel rail, not the gas additive type.
you have a shorted fuel injector that is taking out the quad driver in the computer that is why i said did you ohm the injectors it should be 4.1 to 4.3 ohms per side anything less will shut off the quad driver in the computer. each individual injector should be 12 ohms
This definitely sounds like a fuel pump/filter issue. Good news if it's the filter, it's only about 10 dollars to buy a new one and about 5 minutes labor, including jacking up your car.
Fuel pumps cant be a pain in the arse at times, others are fairly easy. Best way to determine if it's the fuel pump, run over to Canadian tire and pick up an ohms meter. Test the fuel pump that way.
i would pull a spark plug and see if its wet(fuel) sounds flooded but that is the effect not the cause . need to check fuel pressure to find the cause of the problem.
