Push down firmly on the front portion of the bottom rear seat and push it backwards until the front bottom of the seat unhooks from a latch on each side, then lift the bottom seat out. The back of the rear seat has two bolts, one on each side, that connect the seat brackets to the rear firewall. Remove the two bolts and push the back of the seat straight up until it releases and it will come out. The seat tom can often be hard to move enough to get it unlatched.

Remove the seat cushion retaining bolts, detach the seat cushion and remove it up and out from the vehicle.
Remove the rear seat back retaining bolts at the bottom of the seat back. Pull up then out to disengage the upper frame from the hangers and remove seat back from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
