I own a Peugeot 407 CBU high spec model, year 2005. When i make a slow right or left turn, the front tyres seemed jerky and the steering wheel vibrates. it feels like the timing is very low. My mechanic says thats cos the road surface is smooth, which is normal for cars, but mine happens even on normal rough roads.

the tire wear can also be due to a tire not having enough air within itself. So, you might want to use a pressure gauge to check all of the air-pressure values for each tire and pump then to an equal pressure if they are not the same. Then, you might work with a local mechanic to get your golf car tires aligned properly.

hi, if you are getting vibration in the steering or car not tracking correctly, there is an upgrade available for 04 to 06 models

163524 no 1 acording to my alldata book is front of engine on the right ,rather standing in front of car its on the right and numbers 1to3 right to left rear bank is again right to left 456 .hope this helps

Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

the front tyres are deformed with the sun by the sound of it ,yes tread looks ok but after a few years tyres do deform and go out of round,this is a fairly common problem especially here in spain where its nearly always sunshine ,except today which is why iam answering questions on here as too cold and wet outside .Anyway jack vehicle up and spin wheel and you will see what i mean

I think you need chassis align to check it out sounds like a botched rebuild of a write off .

yea the pump would need to b calibrated

you may go to ssangyong, mine has the same, and they say that the 2h 4x4 shift, wants to enter in function, or wants to work, they tight a Nut that is in the front left wheel near de suspension and the noise has gone... Sorry for my english...
