Peugeot 406
Most likely the ECU (Engine Computer Unit) is responding to some duff sensor / loose cable / whatever ..
All modern engines have more sensors than you can shake a stick at, some positioned in the most inaccessible places, that can cause the most obscure problems imaginable (remember the Oxygen Sensor in the Exhaust manifold that was 'poisioned' by some dufff supermarket petrol ??)
It's a Peugeot garage computerised diagnostics job I'm afraid...

Citroen Relay 57 Plate. In the manual it says that
There is no fuse box on the passenger side if it is a R/H drive relay. I removed almost every panel trying to find it despite what the handbook says just ignore it. I finished up going to my local Citroen dealership and asked one of the guys there who said there were just 2 fuse boxes one behind the panel just below the drivers R/H knee and the one under the bonnet. The fuses from the none existent 3rd fuse box are incorporated into the 2 which there are.
My peugeot 206 heater only blows cool air out the
Sounds like you have a blockage in your water system or your head gasket has blown. If the radiator is full then check the water to see if it is oily or check the oil to see if it is a grey colour as what you are describing is common when the water is not circulating through the internal radiator in the dashboard that air is pumped through to give you the warm air and the car is overheating quickly means the water is leaking into the engine somewhere. If the oil and water are fine then use a garden hose to flush out the water system heater hose.
My indicator light at the front driver side is out
do both sides flash fast or just one side ? if it's both sides you may wish to purchase a new flasher relay for your car. if it's fast on one side still... check further to see if there is a burnt out bulb including (if it has one the side marker light).

How do I download automatic transmission shop manual from Library 629?
i would,nt have thought it would be a good thing to manually shift into first gear whilst going downhill, only use manual shifting from start off ,and overtaking but then the kickdown should be ok for that , not to be used as a brake , how steep is this hill ? i know this isn't what you asked but i dont think theres a problem with it not doing that
