Vw polo 1.6gti year 2000 horn not working
when you take the steering wheel off the is a abs sensor ring (round) if this is damaged the horn will not work cheers
1 take air bag out
2 take bolt of for the steering wheel
3the sensor will be underneath the steering so pull off that aswel as the steering wheel
4replace the rounds plastic ring(the horn also conects to it

As we tell everyone else who comes on here with warning lights: When there's a warning light on, that means a trouble code is stored in the computer. Don't ask us to guess what caused the light to go on when all you have to do is get the trouble codes read.
Electrical problems
run the fault codes and look for PCM bus communication problems
could be a bad ground problem

like thermometers in

report the news...

I hear a loud grinding noise when i drive my car
Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

Take it back and make them fix it, if they refuse sue them in small claims and/or contact your state's consumer protection office (or bureau of automotive repair if you have one) and file a formal complaint, that will get them moving.
