Try replacing with the same bulb type as was failed. Flasher unit isusually reliant on resistence from the bulbs to what speed that side will flash at when powered. Some of these led type have less resistence and that equates to a faster flash speed. That is why when one bulb blows that side will flash faster or may even stay on without flashing. You could even swap the led to the other side( to confirm.Check with the bulb retailer to whether they have those bulbs with a higher rated resistence in led.If this vehicle has leds as standard, you may need to get the correct type from dealer. Hope this helps or get back with findings if it still has fault after replacing bulb.

Turn signal is blinking too fast after changing to LED bulbs, can I slow them down??

Hey Ronald, Try reseating the LED Bulbs. Depending of the bulbs a polarity change might cause them to flicker faster.
The original bulbs were working off a flasher or relay already. Put Hazard signals On see if the same thing happens. Or simply get the original bulbs back in.
You can also try calling the manufacturer of the LED light bulbs with the model number.Let me know what happens.
Good Luck,
JP

Installed LED turn signal lights. Turn signal now blinks too fast. Solution

Hi Dennis
the indicator blinking fast because the LED use less AMP then ordinary bulb, I know an old trick to solve this problem is to connect an extra bulb to each rear indicator by running an extra wires from the light connector to an extra bulb holder.
Good Luck

Left back turn signal not working after changing it. dashlight blics very fast

OOPS your disconnected. When it blink fast the side it blinks fast is where we need to hunt down the disconnection. S lets begin is if the front is turning fast then go to the rear if the rear is turning fast then we will go to the front. Now we are at the are were there is no trun lamp. Lamp is new okay, pull it out look in is it full of corrosion and this includes anti corrosion gell is there too much wpe it off. (the turn lamp on this are we are at is on right). put the buld back in did it fix it . No okay wiggle the wire did it come on if it did the we are going to need a whole bulb socket. by the way it would be better if the hazzard are on so this way we know that the flasher is working for the turn signal

Signal light blinking too fast

I just had that problem with my jeep cherokee and either your bulb has burned out or it is burning out. Time to replace it. Turn the signal light lever on the side that's flashing fast, get out of the vehicle and look at the front and back signal lights and replace the one that isn't blinking...hope this helps.

Turn signals blinking fast and stop when brakes applied

likely not, but change /check anyhow....If problem persists, likely you will need to change the module that controls directionals (usually under dash to the right of steering column)
