Mass air flow sensor is located right after the air filter and before the intake manifold. The oxygen sensor is on the located before and after the catalytic converter on the exhaust. You should need some screw drivers and a O2 sensor socket to remove these items.

The MAF sensor is held on with two clamps, one on each side. The clamps are screwed off with a 10mm socket and wrench. Then, it's just a matter of unplugging the sensor, plugging in the new one and screwing the clamps tight again. Very simple fix to do and it's located on top, right next to the battery.

The mass airflow sensor bolts to the intake air box, and it's replacement will be very obvious when you have the new one in hand. Appears to be held on with 4 bolts right to the air filter box, and will be inline with the intake air snorkle tube. Oxygen sensors, on the other hand are screwed (in almost all cases) or some times bolter to different locations in the exhaust stream, and you may have two or more.

You need to have someone scan the OBD system and tell you if the fuel trim is at the upper or lower limit. Then you will need to fault trace from the following list Possible source

p0304 = Number 4 Cylinder Misfire Detected

Faulty spark plug 4
Clogged or faulty fuel injector 4
Faulty ignition coil 4
Fuel injector 4 harness is open or shorted
Fuel injector 4 circuit poor electrical connection
Ignition coil 4 harness is open or shorted
Ignition coil 4 circuit poor electrical connection
Insufficient cylinder 4 compression
Incorrect fuel pressure
Intake air leak

The P0304 code means that the cylinder 4 is misfiring or is randomly misfiring. Start by checking for intake leaks an if no leaks are found the next step is to replace the spark plugs on cylinder 4.

The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is built into mass air flow sensor or in some vehicles mounted to the air filter duct housing. Electrical resistance of the thermistor decreases in response to the temperature rise. The Intake Air Temperature signal is used as an input for various systems in the vehicle.

What is a maf sensor

A mass (air) flow sensor (MAF) is used to find out the mass flowrate of air entering a fuel-injected internal combustion engine.
The air mass information is necessary for the engine control unit (ECU) to balance and deliver the correct fuel mass to the engine. Air changes its density as it expands and contracts with temperature and pressure. In automotive applications, air density varies with the ambient temperature, altitude and the use of forced induction, which means that mass flow sensors are more appropriate than volumetric flow sensors for determining the quantity of intake air in each cylinder. (See stoichiometry and ideal gas law.)
There are two common types of mass airflow sensors in use on automotive engines. These are the vane meter and the hot wire. Neither design employs technology that measures air mass directly. However, with additional sensors and inputs, an engine's ECU can determine the mass flowrate of intake air.
Both approaches are used almost exclusively on electronic fuel injection (EFI) engines. Both sensor designs output a 0.0-5.0 volt or a pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal that is proportional to the air mass flow rate, and both sensors have an intake air temperature (IAT) sensor incorporated into their housings for most post OBDII vehicles. Vehicles prior to 1996 could have MAF without an IAT. An example is 1994 Infiniti Q45.
When a MAF sensor is used in conjunction with an oxygen sensor, the engine's air/fuel ratio can be controlled very accurately. The MAF sensor provides the open-loop controller predicted air flow information (the measured air flow) to the ECU, and the oxygen sensor provides closed-loop feedback in order to make minor corrections to the predicted air mass.

Engine light on 3 codes in system

The lean running codes are related to the p-1000 code...

Running lean on bank 1 and bank 2 means your oxygen sensors sense too much oxygen in your exhaust flow. This means either your engine is getting unmetered air (air that the engine does not know is coming in, therefore does not send fuel to compensate for...) (air that your mass air flow sensor does not see). You could have either a bad mass air flow (MAF) sensor (in the intake piping after the filter; this sensor tells your engine how much air it's taking in, so it can send the right amount of fuel through the injectors to properly burn with the air available with as little emissions as possible), or you could also have a cracked/broken intake piping after this sensor which lets air in the intake that the sensor does not measure... A large vacuum leak could also let unmetered air in the engine.

Or... Another possibility here would be low fuel pressure (bad fuel pump, bad fuel pressure regulator, fuel leak), as not enough fuel for the air would also cause the same lean condition.

It could be that some oxygen sensors are bad...

These conditions are hard to pinpoint exactly unless you have a scanner that can read sensor data (MAF Flow, fuel pressure, oxygen sensor values)...

The first thing I'd do would be to check for cracks or damage in the intake piping... If there is none, then it might be a low fuel pressure issue, or sensor problems...
