The code you got sounds like it is for the O2 sensor heater circuit. The O2 sensor reads your fuel trim so the computer can adjust it to constantly keep the ideal ratio for the best MPG and best running engine. These sensors have to be hot to work so they have an electric heater in them. While they will still work because the exhaust will eventually heat them up, they will take longer to work and you may notice your short trip MPG will go down. Usually this only means the heater in the sensor is bad and you can just replace the sensor. The code should say something like (bank 1 sensor 2) or something like that and that will tell you which sensor you need.

If only the ABS light comes on, that usually indicates there ABS computer is detecting a defective wheel speed sensor, defective power relay for the ABS module or pump, or a lower than normal fluid level in a dedicated ABS fluid reservoir.

2003 Dodge Caravan SE Question, Burning rubber/plastic smell when i turn on heat?

I have had this same exact issue. Heat in front would only work on high, after a while started squealing a bit, now it doesn't work in front at all. I still have heat in the back.

I haven't had a chance to fix it yet, but when I do (soon) I will post. In shop at the moment replacing a bent flywheel on the transmission.

Have a 2003 SE Dodge Caravan. Today in the afternoon when I was coming back from grocery store I noticed a red light on the upper right hand of my dashborad. it appears with a symbol for high temperature....

You are overheating. Check antifreeze level and Relays for the cooling fan. Also the temperature sensor which activates the relays could be bad.

2003 Caravan transmission issue

Sounds like your trans is stuck in limp in mode. Could be something simple as a sensor, or something major as the trans or the computer. Will need to be computer diagnosed.
