Hows your battery and connections. If the engine is turning over slow suspect the battery is the end of its life. If it turns over great then it may be time to check the tune up. Cars out of tune become hard to start in the cold. If tune up check the spark plugs first you might get off cheap.

Overactive tire pressure warning light on Honda FIt

the time when you check the tire pressure is before driving it or after is been driven? Reason I am asking this is because the air pressure after use checked would be different from cold start test. as the air after friction expanded and surely is more than the cold.check the tire pressure when cold and see if you are in the limit. If you are and still have the light come on then the problem you have possible are the tire valve sensor. Ask your dealer to check it .

Hi will the tire rest light come on when one put more air than what is suppose to be? thanks

tire rest light? the tire pressure light may come on, but should go out when all tires have the correct pressure. the pressure listed on the drivers door, NOT the pressure on the tire.

My tire pressure indicator wont turn off. I

Take it to the dealer, you may have a bad gauge in the tire. I had the same problem and they finally fixed it.

I recently installed new tires and they seemed fine for the first week or so. Now that the weather has gotten colder, the tire pressure indicator has appeared and I have checked the pressure and it seems...

They are set to put the light on at a certain pressure. In the cold you can loose one pound for every 10 degree temp lose. Since the tires are new, go back were you got them installed and ask them to check if they damaged the sensors!

Tire Pressure Monitor Fault

These tire pressure monitors are very finiky devices, but the tire pressure does drop cold, it can be a little or a lot depending on the how cold, doesn' the owners manual explain this? If you feel your local dealer does no know what to do to properly address the issue I am providing a link from the owners manual and in it is the contact info for Ford directly.

I have light on my dash (!) what does this mean

That sounds like the low tire pressure light. The lights and what they mean can be found in the owners manual. If you do not have one, you can google search and find it online.
