Idle fine, then run ok for few minutes, then cant go over 15 mph,new filter, new supply pump, suspect turbo or injector pump

Hi , you probably have water that's went from the tank to the pump. DIESEL PUMP. The worst thing that you can do is let your fuel go way down low and some water is taken in with fuel + water . The fuel pump is a mechanical pump with moving parts and you can't let water in . Certain pumps ,diesel pumps have a latch valve and you don't want water to sit for any length of time in the surrounding wall of the valve as it will rust this may cause the valve to stick then your car may go to rev excessive sometimes high revs , i mean screaming rev's. Please get the pump checked.

How do i change the fuel filter on a 1992 Ford F 250 7.3 Liter diesel.

fuel filter problems come in slowly as in loss of power. It it just died and will not start I would be looking elsewhere for the problem. A good place to start would be the fault codes to check for cam/crank position sensor faults, immobiliser operation, timing belt condition. If you ran the fuel too low it may have air in the system that will have to be bled out. Best have an accredited diesel shop specialist look at it.

Nissan terrano turbo diesel 1998 has lost it's power why

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU CHANGED/CLEANED THE EXTERNAL FUEL FILTER...IF IT HAS ONE? ALSO CHECK THE AIR CLEANER AND ALL ASPIRATING EQUIPMENT FOR BLOCKAGE.
SOMETIMES, MICE, CHIPMUNKS, SQUIRRELS, ETC...WILL BUILT A NEST IN AN INTAKE HOUSE, THE FILTER BOX, AND RESTRICT AIR/FUEL FLOW. CHECK THESE FIRST

Hi I have put a new turbo on my mazda 6 diesel. There is no oil leak there is just loss of power as if there is no turbo. It's as if max speed I can get upto is 90. Part from that there car runs g

Since the power generated by the turbo depends on the volume of combustion gas generated, look into your fuel delivery system. Your engine might not be receiving the required amount of fuel. Check your fuel pump, filter, injectors, and lines.
