Sounds like you are losing fuel pressure or the ignition module is shutting down when it gets hot. Check for spark when the car is in the no start condition. If spark is ok then install a fuel pressure tester and let car run. When it dies the pressure should be less than 15 psi. You may need a mechanic for this. Best possibility is that you will need a new fuel pump or ignition module.
The problem is your Vats security system. This causes the car to either "not start" or "shut down" while running. (depending on the system) If the security light flashes, i guarantee that this is what the problem is. 1st trick, turn the key forward 2 clicks till right before it would normally start, leave like that for 10 minutes. ( no less ) After 10 minutes, turn key back then forward and your car might start. Check the alternator output, with engine running and a volt meter check voltage at battery that be alternator out put voltage for the alternator, should not have less then 13.5 volt's with engine running, if less bad alternator, replace it
