Trying to replace blower motor and cannot get the blower cover off. Have removed glove box and loosened panel. removed the 4 scews I could fin that hold the cover in place. Three screwed up from the bottom and 1 once screwed down from the top. In trying to pull the cover off, I thought it was just hitting the floorboard. However, if I reach around to the back and try to pull the cover off it seems like there must be another screw holding the cover on. I also removed the recirculating door actuator to create more room underneath for removal.

its a real PITA to get to and no you don't need to disassemble the dash, it takes a swivel adapter, extension and allot of patience.
