Car turns over but won't start in cold weather , it will start in warm weather and i beleive it has something to do with a fuel problem where do I begin?

Dos your car crank, if it does check fuel pressure
if does have fuel pressure check spark most likely your coil or ignition module but if doesnt crank check to see if you get signal to your remote starter with a test light

check if the car have the thermostat in the cooling system, because in cold weather the thermostat close the water flow in the cooling system (radiator, head of the motor) and the car gets temperature faster to warm the engine to operational temperature.

Your only problem is the computer is not putting the engine in cold start mode. The temperature sensor tells the computer when to put it into cold start mode. If the sensor is bad, it cant work. Replace the temp sensor and you'll have no more problem with starting with the remote.
