Call any local auto parts stores in your area and find out if they will read the codes for you, most auto parts now days will do it for free. I say call first before you drive all over. They should be able to help you with parts and advice to repair, they can't by law clear the code but they can help you up to that point.
Have the car scanned, Autozone will do it for free. The stored codes that are stored may help you find the answer. It could be just about anything. Let me know what you find and what else you have done and checked out. The more info you give me the better I can help.
