Yes, it will sound horrible. like a opera on full treble sung by a mouse if it works at all.

I am trying to install an aftermarket cd/dvd deck in my 2001 Solara with the JBL system in it... I bought a special TATO wiring harness, I have power to the deck, but no sound whatsoever, when I plug in the factory deck it works fine, but for the life of me I cannot get the new one to work... is it still necessary to bypass the JBL amp if I have that special harness???

2007 solara convertible got wet from roof open all radio 'not jbl' functions seem to work cd everything no sound . could a fuse have blown if so where?

If you have functions but no sound, its unlikely that there will be a separate fuse for the factory external amplifier. Have your owners manual? It has an appendix with a page number to the relevant fuse locations

What tires fit a Toyota Solara 2002

Standard size is 205/65R15.
Optional size is 205/60R16.
205/55R16 may not be close enough but a tire store should be able to tell you for sure. You would have to have the optional 16in wheels already on the car.

2008 solara convertible radio cuts in and out

This is a well-known problem of Solara convertibles with JBL audio systems. Here's a link to the fix. I didn't need a ratchet - the bolts can be removed with a phillips head.

I dont know how to change the cabinn filter for 2000 camry

Check behind your glove box as I believe that's where it's located. Once you remove the glove box, just pop the clips and you can open the cover to your filter box
